Este ministerio es el encargado de la organización y edificación de las damas. Cada miembro en plena comunión debe colaborar y cooperar con este ministerio. La presidenta y su equipo ministerial deben ser respetados y apoyados en todo momento. No deben ministrar aquellas personas que no cumplan con sus deberes para con el ministerio o que no se sometan a lo establecido en la Constitución y el Manual de Conducta.
